Baseball
Official baseball practices start on Monday, March 20th! Practices will usually be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:30-6:15 and Wednesdays from 4:30-6:00. Practices will be a combination of time in the Liberty gym, parking lot, and a field in White Bear Lake.
The first couple of weeks will be a little different with the practice schedule though because of the gym situation. The weeks of March 20th and March 27th will be 5:30-7:15 in the Liberty gym. Hopefully we will get outside soon after that!
Before students may practice, they need to complete registration at https://register.mnmsa.org. The participation fee of $295, there are scholarships avaiable if needed contact Ms. Bond in the building B office. Please contact the head coach, David St. Martin at dstmartin@libertyclassicalacademy.org for more information.

Stout Indoor Invite Saturday, March 25th
We have our first meet opportunity this upcoming Saturday, March 25th at the University of Wisconsin - Stout. The meet starts at 9 AM. We are limited to 2 entries per event for most events for this meet. We do not have a bus. Given it is the first meet opportunity of the season and we are so limited with entries, coaches are relying on times from last year and those who have been around Dragon Track & Field for a few years to compete at this meet. Rosters are due by Thursday so we will be finalizing everything early this week.
This Week's Training Plan
The forecast for this week is still looking chilly. We will be outside for practices so please remember to have proper gear with you. Rain jackets/long sleeve shirts/sweatshirts to run in and hats and gloves are never a bad idea this time of the year. You should have a good pair of running shoes as well. If you have questions on shoes, please reach out to Coach Anderson or Brault. Please also have a water bottle with you so you can stay hydrated.
Plan to meet in the basement of Building B this week to start practice!
