Math and Science Academy  (SFA)] will be accepting proposals for the management of the school food service operation for the forthcoming school year. An optional pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 23rd, 2025 at 11am at 8490 Woodbury Crossing, Woodbury, MN, 55125.. Please respond in writing to indicate whether you will or will not be attending this meeting.

A copy of the Request for Proposals is enclosed.

Proposals are due by December 12th, 2025 at 4pm. 

Preferred deliverables of the proposals are as follows.

The contracting process is strictly controlled by U.S. Department of Agriculture procurement regulations and any applicable Minnesota laws. Please clear all contact with any district personnel, vendors, contractors or board members with me. Any attempt to unduly influence district staff, administration, vendors, contractors or board members will automatically disqualify your Vendor.
