Based on feedback from potential vendors at our RFP pre-proposal meeting, we have issued an addendum and updated the attached RFP to specify that cost proposals should include the use of compostable trays for meals. This update was approved by MDE on 12/01/2025.

Math and Science Academy  (SFA) will be accepting proposals for the management of the school food service operation for the forthcoming school year. An optional pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 24th, 2025 at 11:00am at 8490 Woodbury Crossing, Woodbury, MN, 55125. Please respond in writing to indicate whether you will or will not be attending this meeting.

A copy of the Request for Proposals is enclosed.

Proposals are due by December 12th, 2025 at 4:00pm. 

Preferred deliverables of the proposals are emailed to Shauni Holt at sholt@mnmsa.org.

The contracting process is strictly controlled by U.S. Department of Agriculture procurement regulations and any applicable Minnesota laws. Please clear all contact with any district personnel, vendors, contractors or board members with me. Any attempt to unduly influence district staff, administration, vendors, contractors or board members will automatically disqualify your Vendor.
