The elections committee is a focus committee that is resposible for creating and executing the annual board of directors election in accordance to MSA Policy 201.1. • January 27 – BOD Meeting - Nomination Form and Election plan approved by BOD

• February 4 - Nominations Open in the morning

• March 5 - Nominations Close

• March 24 – BOD Approves/Posts

• April 9 @ 6:00pm- Candidate Forum in Building A room 4 and electronic voting opens.

• April 23 - Voting closes at noon.

• April 24 - Committee collects results

• May 19 - Board Certifies Results

• July 1 - Term begins

• July 22 - New Members sworn in
