Prom Ticket Information
Tickets go on sale April 20 at 9:00am!
Tickets will be available for purchase by MSA Juniors and Seniors via Go Fan on April 20th at 9:00am until May 1st at 4:00pm.
To encourage planning and help us finalizing details for a great night, tickets sales will only be available via Go Fan. There will not be any cash sales for tickets.
Ticket Information
Tickets are $60 each.
Tickets are sold to current junior and senior students at MSA only.
Students will be prompted to enter their student ID number to purchase a ticket on Go Fan.
One ticket may be purchased per transaction. If you are purchasing a ticket for another MSA student, you will need to complete a 2nd transaction.
All Prom tickets must be purchased on the Go Fan website linked above (coming soon), or through the Go Fan phone app. Tickets to get into Prom will be on your phone. (Please download the Go Fan app if you do not already have it.)
If you do not have a smart phone for your ticket, please see the Building B office.
Prom Guests
A guest access code for students from other schools will not be given out until the below form has been received, with all required signatures complete.
If purchasing a ticket for a date who is a fellow junior or senior MSA student, another transaction will need to be completed. The other student's student ID number will be required.
If purchasing a ticket for a date who is a freshman or sophomore MSA student, or for a date from another school, you will need to go to the Building B office to obtain a guest access code.
In order to bring a student from another school, the form below must be printed and signed by Mr. Lee, as well as your guest's school principal and the guest's parent or guardian.
Schedule
6:30pm: Guests board "The Betsey Northrup."
7:00pm: The Betsey Northrup launches from dock onto the Mississippi River.
Dinner
Taco bar, Mac & Cheese bar, and cookies
Photo opportunities!
Music and dancing!
10:00pm: The Betsey Northrup arrives back to the dock and the attendees will disembark from the boat.
Student Conduct
The MSA Prom venue is considered an extension of MSA school grounds. All students and guests attending the event are expected to represent the school and uphold MSA’s values of respect, responsibility, and appropriate conduct. Students should be mindful of their choices and behavior throughout the evening while attending prom aboard the boat. School policies and expectations remain in effect for the duration of the event
Chemical Use
Students who arrive with any indication that they have used alcohol or drugs will not be permitted on the boat.
Smoking /Vaping
Students and guests are not permitted to smoke on the premises of the boat or boat grounds. This included use of vapes and e-cigarettes.
Disruptive Behavior
Disruptive behavior is defined as including but not limited to, loud and abusive verbal language or the unwillingness to respond directly or appropriately to administrative directions. These actions will be considered evidence of unruly behavior.
Any MSA student or guest who participates in such conduct will be subject to administrative intervention, which may include, but is not limited to, suspension and/or loss of the privilege to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Transportation
Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from prom.
Music
DJ entertainment for the evening will be provided by DJ NorthPole
