According to the Minnesota Statute 13D.021 (and the pandemic conditions mentioned), the Special Closed Meeting Scheduled for Thursday, March 26 at 5:15pm will be completed electronically. According to the Statute, the Chair of the BOD will be located in the Great Hall. This meeting is closed subject to MN Statute 13D.05 Subdivision 3, Paragraph A to evaluate the individual subject to the BOD's Authority.
