Purpose: To ensure the effectiveness of communication between different school related groups as well as between school community members. This committee is also responsible for the maintenance and updating of the school website, and facilitating communication of important MSA moments/events to the local newspaper(s).
Works with/gets information from: BOD, MSA Activities Director, teachers, parents, students, and the community in general. This committee works with the other BOD Committees and task forces, especially the Annual Fund, Personnel, Student, and Technology task force.
People on the Committee: Members consist of MSA administrative staff, and any interested parents, teachers, and students.
Meetings – when/how often held: Varies or when needed
Chair's responsibilities: The Chair needs to plan, run, and report the findings of the task force.
Members’ responsibilities: Members need to attend meetings and volunteer for specific tasks as needed
Minutes and Documents:
