Cheri Howe
Science Teacher
Howe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota (1995) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle School Science Education and Elementary Education from Bemidji State University (2004). She currently teaches 7th grade Earth Science, and middle school environmental studies and engineering. She is a teacher representative on the MSA Board of Directors, chairs the Technology Committee and co-chairs the Personnel Committee. She is an advisor for Astronomy Club, Green Club, student film production and trip advisor for 2013 international trip for high school students.
Howe's previous career background includes: Title 1 paraprofessional; health care and business marketing and public relations; corporate identity account liaison; chiropractic college assistant director; Wilder Foundation social research assistant; and technical writer, to name a few! She was a volunteer researcher with the Dakota County Wetland Evaluation and has supervised several park cleanups in St. Paul.
